Qualifications
For learners who have recently been in education or training the entry profile is likely to include one of the following:
- 5 or more GCSEs at grades C and above or Grade 4 and above
- other related level 2 subjects
- other equivalent international qualifications
- progressing from Level 2 Health and Social Care
Language
For those whom English is not their first language we recommend the following standards of proficiency in English language skills or an approved equivalent for this qualification:
- IELTs 5.5
- Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) B2
- Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) 162 or above
- Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic 42-49

- Active Education Health and Care Plan
- Employed/ Self-employed with gross income <£25000.
- Un-employed and Not on benefits/ on benefits with income <£892 per month
- Have not achieved Level 3 qualification
Fees to be paid:
- Previously achieved Level 3 qualification
- Employed/self-employed and gross income >£25000
- Age 24+
*Learners who pay fees can self-fund by you/your employer OR apply for Advanced Learner Loan (min. £300, max. depends on the fee and type of course.
Additional Cost:
- Some additional cost may include:
- Equipment cost (uniform, kits, books and so on)
- Trips and enrichment activities
- DBS checks
- Occupational Health Screening
Payment Options:
- Payment should be made in full at the time of treatment by Debit/ Credit card (cash or cheques are not accepted)
- Instalment payments; monthly basis and 40% or £500 payable at enrolment, instalment set up at enrolment (student should sign Payment Plan terms and conditions)
- Balance to be paid within 6 months
- If delay the first instalment, full fee payment will be due immediately.
- Employers funding student fee must complete and sign authorisation form prior to enrolment together with advance payment of 40% of course fee or £500.
